Versatile and easy to make

This was exactly the cardigan pattern I have been looking for! Simple with minimal detailing it really lets a special textile shine. It also allows for endless hacking and modifications. I really appreciate this pattern!

So close...

Thank you for asking. I am just starting to do projector sewing, and am now very aware of the difference in working with a true "projector file" and a regular digital pattern. I have already spent about 15 hours in trying to take the digital file for the Harper using Inkscape or Affinity Designer vector graphics programs and trying to make it into a file that can be adjusted and projected. I need to be able blend two sizes, thicken the cutting lines, select the desired options (such as length and sleeve), and then select all the items that belong onto a garment piece. At that point I would duplicate and flip over all the pieces that are to be cut on a fold or that need two (mirrored) cut, such as a front. The goal is to project onto the fabric exactly what I need to cut out with a rotary cutter from a single layer of fabric. I still have hours to go until I can produce this particular pattern, and I'm not even sure it's possible.

The Projectors for Sewing (https://www.facebook.com/groups/ProjectorsForSewing/about) Facebook group is swelling with well over 80,000 members, and more than 400 new members added in the week. Projector sewing is giving new life to sewists. And without using up huge stacks of paper we print and tape together.

I urge you to offer true "projector files" that are created in a way that readily supports adjustments and blending of sizes. I now actively search out pattern makers that offer projector files. The alternate digital patterns and clunky and very tedious to try to convert. I love your styles, but will only very reluctantly buy them, only due to the format.

Thank you - Devon Skeele
