I find this pattern superb for anyone who is bigger around the bum/hips than they are at the top. It saves having to blend sizes if you want a normal fitting top. I have a huge 5 size difference between bust/waist measurement and hips measurement and most normal patterns just aren't designed for that amount of difference. With the fit/flare design of the Iris, I can make a t-shirt that fits like a regular t-shirt without having to blend sizes at all. I can use the measurements for my bust/waist and because of the extra width at the bottom it fits perfectly

It's difficult to work out the page numbers on the patterns. I discovered I am 3 pages short and will have to go back to the printer. I was looking forward to cutting my fabric at the weekend so there's been a bit of a delay in trying out the pattern.
I enjoyed sewing the Byron tank and shorts set. It's a quick and easy make. I recommend the pattern to anyone who wants to expand their summer wardrobe quickly.
Quick and easy sew for a great summer top. I got mine out of a remnant that was about 1 m. The only thing I didn’t really like was the appearance of the right side of the stitched down facing. I’d make it again though.
Pattern needed very little adjustment. Finished garment looks and feels great
I've made several sets already. One with the back v neck and the others with the round neck back. I used a quilting cotton, oxford cotton and a rayon challis.
I keep coming back to this one because it fits so well and is so easy to sew up. I have around 20 zip front versions, ranging between hooded and collared, colour blocked and solid. It really is so versatile. I laid all the pieces out to create a single front and back piece to use as a solid version and this worked so well. I can now use this pattern with allover print fabric, or panels, as well as combinations using the colour blocking option.
