      Nice handkerchief hem top

Simple top/tunic that is easy and fast to make. Still looks more polished than a standard level hem would. The handkerchief hem needs a fabric that is easy to press, to make a neat hem. Using steam-a-seam tape for fixing the hem prior to hemming is recommended!
