Returns and refunds

All purchases of Products (digital sewing patterns) are final. We do not accept returns unless indicated otherwise on the Product’s page. Once you purchase a Product and we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming your ability to access it, and bear all risk of loss after downloading the product, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction.

If you are unable to complete a download or access a product, please contact Sinclair Patterns for assistance using Contact Form or email hello@sinclairpatterns.com.

Usually your purchases are available to you in your Sinclair Patterns account page so you can download it anytime. That is not always the case and we may limit or disable further downloads of your purchased products, so you need to make sure to have your purchased copy of the product downloaded.
